What type of material are they made of? Can this be use in manufacturing? Looking for stainless steel

We build machines for hatchery automation. We use a lot of them, being brilliant.

Are they reusable ?

Important to mention, always reset your torque wrench back to 0 after using, to avoid straining the spring inside the torque wrench when not in use. Also important to get your torque wrench calibrated at least 1-2 times a year! If you're torqueing nuts or bolts on major components i.e brakes, suspension, engine components, make sure your torque wrench is CALIBRATED, and has a validated sticker to verify it's been checked. :)

These washers would work great in Redmax leaf blower engines, for the cylinder head base bolts, which have a habit of loosening over time. Same for the intake manifold bolts, but they can easily be checked using a white paint marker to watch for movement. I think the cylinder head bolts would need to be slightly longer though to account for the increased stack height, to ensure proper thread engagement.

I understand what the tool is doing, but I guess I’m not understand the “why” of it, the purpose. Why isn’t a big nut being used on the stud, like the one on the bottom?

So which parts of a connection can be lubricated? Serrated, cams' sides, bolt or clamping material surfaces? You need to be a bit more specific. I guess serrated sides should not be lubricated as it defeats the purpose of serrations.
